Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Ak Kitchen, we prioritize delivering fresh and nourishing food. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

• Order Unavailability: If an item you ordered is unavailable and you have already paid for it.
• Damaged on Delivery: If your order is damaged upon arrival. We may ask you to provide a picture of the damaged product.
• Lost in Transit: If your order is lost during delivery and never reaches you.

Cancellations

Ak Kitchen reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. We may also request additional information to verify and process your order. In the event your order is canceled after you’ve been charged, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
